In 20 years, Norway will lack 30,000 nurses. This book was the result of a collection of 105,783 signatures in support to better the terms nurses in Norway, in order to get more people to stay in the profession.
Inside the book you can read every single one of the 105,783 names that have signed the promise. In the margin I have created a loading bar that increases according to the number of names. This gives you a clear idea of the scope along the way.
The book also deals with stories from the nursing profession in Norway, comments from politicians and forecasts for the future.
